PR-DTC-2000R, bộ điều khiển lực căng Pora
PR-DTC-2000R, là bộ điều khiển lực căng (tension controller), thường dùng trong các dây chuyền công nghiệp có vật liệu dạng cuộn hoặc dạng băng liên tục
Nguyên lý hoạt động
Thông thường hệ thống gồm:
Tension Sensor/Load Cell → Tension Controller → Brake hoặc Motor → Điều chỉnh lực căng
Controller nhận tín hiệu từ cảm biến lực căng, sau đó điều khiển phanh từ, clutch, motor hoặc biến tần để giữ lực căng ở giá trị cài đặt.
